Purchases on MaritimePhotos.com may include digital image downloads and/or licensed usage (where applicable), and sometimes printed products if offered. The exact product type is shown at checkout.

2) Digital downloads & image licences

  • If a digital download (or licence delivery) has been made available, refunds are generally not offered unless there is a technical fault (e.g., corrupted file, wrong file supplied).
  • If you believe you’ve received the wrong item or there’s a problem, contact us with the order details and the photo ID / URL.

3) Prints / physical items (if offered)

  • If physical products are offered, you can request a return/refund for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • For change-of-mind returns (where applicable), items must be unused and returned in original condition. Return shipping rules may apply.

4) Timeframes

  • Please contact us as soon as possible after purchase if there’s an issue.
  • Where a return is accepted, we’ll confirm the next steps and any required information.

5) Copyright & takedown requests

If you believe an image infringes your rights, use the Contact page and include: photo ID, URL, and proof of ownership. We’ll review and respond.
